The Parameters of Perfection: From External to Internal Defects
The Ser.mac avocado grader utilizes an innovative algorithm to classify both external and internal defects of the fruit.
For surface imperfections, it employs a multisensory approach that identifies and categorizes defects based on color analysis and a 3D reconstruction of the product.
For internal defects—such as cavities, dead seeds, or low pulp percentage—artificial intelligence leverages an X-ray scanner, which precisely detects these anomalies without compromising the product’s quality.
